Chelsea captain John Terry has ruled out an England return for the World Cup.

Chelsea captain John Terry has ruled out an England return for the World Cup.

Terry retired from international football in the wake of Euro 2012 and has not appeared for Roy Hodgson’s side since.

"My days are gone. It’s down to Gary and the young boys to push on for our country," he told Sky Sports following Sunday’s 4-0 win over Tottenham.
