Chelsea captain John Terry says Jose Mourinho is still prepared to get stuck into his players when needed.
Chelsea are six points clear of second-placed Manchester City with a game in hand and on course for their fourth Premier League title in 10 years.
Asked if Mourinho had mellowed at all, he said: "No, we have seen a couple of incidents. He has still got it in the locker in training and after games.
"Surprisingly, there will be times where you've won games 3-0 and he lets rip. He keeps you on your toes. He gets the balance perfectly right. The players fully respect him and know he is the right man for us. He is still hungry and still wants to win. He's a born winner. There has been no change from before and when he's come back."
