Chelsea defender Ricardo Carvalho says they can end Arsenal's title hopes today at Stamford Bridge.
Carvalho insists that if Chelsea beat their London rivals then it will become a two-horse race with Manchester United for the title.
The defender said: "After the draw at Hull, we have to win on Sunday. Our challenge is to stay at the top until the end of the season and make sure we don't have bad results at home.
"I have played in many London derbies and Arsenal have never made it easy for us and this will be a big test for them.
"It is maybe their last chance to stay in the title race and if we beat Arsenal then I think it will be face to face between us and Manchester United for the championship."
