Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas is slowly bringing Fernando Torres out of himself at Cobham.
El Confidencial says Torres rarely mixed with his Blues teammates before AVB's arrival, with Petr Cech his only real confidant inside the dressing room.
However, things have gradually improved this season thanks to Villas-Boas, who is also rebuilding the confidence of Torres in day-to-day contact with the former Liverpool star. AVB has been delighted with Torres' commitment in training and knows he's doing all he can to rediscover his best.
The arrival of Juan Mata and Oriol Romeu has also been a factor, particularly Mata, who has clicked with Torres and gone out of his way to build a close relationship with his compatriot since his summer arrival from Valencia.
