Chelsea are eyeing Parma attacking midfielder Sebastian Giovinco.
The former Juventus youngster has established himself as one of Serie A's most exciting talents since moving to Parma last season- gatecrashing the Italy squad in the process.
Juve are exploring the prospect of re-signing Giovinco in January, but Turin sources say they will face competition from Chelsea.
Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas has been following Giovinco's progress since he was in charge of Porto and is convinced he can handle the hurly-burly nature of the Premier League.
