Chelsea boss Scolari: Now things get serious

After victory over a Malaysia XI last night, Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari admits things will now get serious.

"By the end I was happy just to finish with no injuries because it was impossible to play on this pitch," said Scolari.

"But now we go to Russia and things will be different. I will select a team and keep with it, thinking about our opening league game against Portsmouth.

"I have used these friendlies to look at all the players, discover their best positions and find out about their personalities on and off the pitch.

"But now I think I have found our best formation and the right balance.

"I know to use some players more and some less after working with them for the last 20 days."
