Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari could have been a dreaded parking officer in another life.

The News of the World says the Brazilian was aghast when he spotted that coach Flavio Teixeira had failed to keep his Vauxhall Zafira inside the lines at the club's Cobham training complex.

The car was only marginally out of line but that was not good enough for traffic warden Scolari.

He promptly ordered private security to clamp the offending vehicle.
