Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari insists he gets along well with his players.
Reacting to reports of unrest among his squad, Scolari said: "Players give me their opinions. When I ask what they think about this or that at training they might suggest possibilities, things we could change.
"We have a good relationship on this. I try to put the system as I want, but it is not easy.
"I am a strong manager sometimes, sometimes I am not. I am a father, a friend. But I believe in my players one million per cent."
