Chelsea boss Sarri: My English must improve; Hazard is devastating

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri admits his poor English is working against him bedding down his ideas with his squad.

Speaking after victory over Arsenal, Sarri conceded some frustration with not being able to communicate clearly with his players.

Of 'Sarri-ball', he told Sky Italia: "It needs to be improved, it's normal: we've only been working for two weeks, it's normal there are problems I like the definition because it sounds good, but I can hardly understand the meaning.

"It's a compliment, but I would like to be more a master of the language...(laughs)."

Sarri was also effusive with his praise for Eden Hazard, who came off the bench to create the winner for Marcos Alonso.

He added: "Right now, like the veterans of the World Cup, he still does not have 90 minutes in his legs, but it is clear that inserting him in the last 30 minutes is something devastating."
