Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is frustrated by an injury for Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Sarri had earmarked the midfielder for this week's Europa League opener against PAOK.
"Loftus-Cheek has a little problem with his right tibia so on Saturday he wasn't able to play," confirmed Sarri.
"I hope he can recover in the next two or three days and maybe there is an opportunity that I can give him a chance. I don't know now because I want to have a very clear picture of the situation, who are the players who need to rest or not.
"I don't know about Hazard. I want to speak with him and I want to speak to the doctor and then I will decide. Of course either Hazard or Pedro will rest on Thursday."
