Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho insists he won't ignore the academy's best prospects.
The Blues won the FA Youth Cup for a third time in five years after beating Fulham 7-6 over two legs earlier this month but many of the club's youngsters have failed to go on and make it in the Chelsea first-team.
Mourinho told Yahoo: "I want it in the right time. I don't want them to come and not to succeed."
He also insists he's happy to buy potential: "I would buy cheap shares so go to cheap markets where I could find big potential and years later make money."
