Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is putting the style of his team's football ahead of winning trophies.

He said: "There is no obsession to win the Champions League on my part. My obsession is to work harder and better to improve the quality of football practised by the team.

"I want to win everything but I know I have to be conscious you can't always win everything."
