Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has mocked Manchester City's form this season.
Mourinho says City are clearly underachieving.
He said: "I don't think it's an achievement to still be touch.
"I think it's the consequence of what this Premier League is like at the moment.
"I hope people understand me in the right way because I want to be positive and not negative. I think in normal conditions, Manchester City should be far from the others because the squad, the maturity, the stability of the players, the potential of the striking force, the experience of the players. There is a difference."
