Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says Frank Lampard will see action against Real Madrid.
The midfielder has struggled with his fitness in preseason.
"Frank is ready to play 30-45 minutes," Mourinho told chelseafc.com. "He needs that because he hasn't played one minute of pre-season, so it's important for him to play some now and some against Roma."
