Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is eyeing Schalke midfielder Julian Draxler.

Kicker says the 19-year-old recently signed a new contract tying him down till 2018, but it has a buyout clause which the new Chelsea manager is mulling over activating.

Draxler is one of the top transfer targets for Mourinho.

While Frank Lampard has signed a one-year contract extension for the Blues, Draxler would be an ideal long-term replacement for the England star.
