Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is happy for Eden Hazard to see action for Belgium next week.
Hazard is facing a race to be fit for the Carrow Road clash - and Belgium's World Cup qualifiers.
Mourinho said: "Hazard trained so-so today so let's see. Fernando [Torres] is in his process. He has 15 days without matches and after that he will be close to return.
"It's important Hazard plays for Belgium until they are sure he can't play and at the moment he's not sure he can't play. We don't stop players going to their national team."
