Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is disappointed with the sacking culture of the Premier League.
Mourinho has seen five managers axed since his return to the Premier League.
He said: "I don't speak about individual cases because I don't know them. Every case is a case, every house a house, every family a family. Only the people involved in any of these five cases, plus the Cardiff situation, can speak about the situation.
"The only think I can say is every manager who is sacked is something I'm not happy with. I believe that when you give the job to somebody it's because you trust them, even if the results are not what people expect, every manager deserves time to complete his contract and, in a fair way, analyse it in the end with his club if conditions should continue or if it's better to end.
"I don't like people to be sacked in the middle of the season. But, again, every case is different, every club is different."
