Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho admits the Portugal job isn't on his agenda.
Mourinho has been linked with the vacant post after Paulo Bento left last Thursday but he is not currently interested. He did reveal, however, that he was close to the role of national manager in 2010 just after he had been hired as coach of Real Madrid.
"The other time I was close to accepting because I had an emotional reaction. Now I can say I don't think it will help a manager when he's also managing a club.
"Nor would it be ethical with many good coaches unemployed," he said.
