Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has played down the prospect of prising Mario Balotelli away from AC Milan.

Balotelli has been linked with Chelsea in recent days after Mourinho opened the door to the prospect earlier this month.

"Mario plays for one of the most important clubs in the world. With Clarence Seedorf, however, he needs time and other players to combine with Balotelli .

"The future of Mario will be with Milan."
