Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink isn't surprised by the popularity of the Premier League.
Hiddink takes the popular view that the open nature of this season's Premier League is a force for good in the English game.
"I like to win every game, but that's not realistic, especially in this league," said Hiddink, when asked if he was excited by the unpredictable nature of this year's competition.
"I think it will be even more open and attractive in upcoming seasons.
"That's very good for football. That's what we like to see. When you live somewhere, sometimes you underestimate the impact of football, not just in this country but worldwide as well. That's an impact which is huge. It's good when teams now, and in the near future, are competitive."
