Chelsea boss Hiddink ready to turn to kids

New Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink has put the club's young players on notice.

He told Chelsea TV: "Well it is good for me having the experience of seeing the second team as well and seeing if we first see a good performances of the team and second if they're some young players who might be very interesting for the future.

"I think that even if you are a big club, and even if the first team is settled you must always create some space for youngsters, they are always promising and that is why we always have to keep an eye on them.

Asked about Miroslav Stoch, Hiddink added: "Yeah, a good guy, there are more young good guys and Ray [Wilkins] and I we are talking a lot about this of course, about our big guys, lets put it like that, but also our young guys, if they are well, they are always committed, that is basic. But if they have the quality to come in, then we don't hesitate to do so."
