Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink admits he's loved working in the Premiership.
He said: "I didn't know about it and there's nothing like this in other countries where I worked before.
"After each game the managers of the teams not only shake hands but meet later in the host team boss's office to talk on their own and have a glass of wine. That's a great idea.
"It helps to keep a healthy atmosphere in the league and prevents grudges from piling up. Win or lose - you must come for such a meeting. Since I didn't know about it I missed my first managers 'date'.
"My second match with Chelsea was against Wigan. It was a hot game and on a couple of occasions me and Steve Bruce started shouting at each other.
"When it was over my assistant Ray Wilkins told me: 'You must go.' I asked: 'Where?' 'For a drink with Steve.' 'What Steve?' 'Steve Bruce of course!'
"It was then that I found out about that tradition. It puzzled me a lot at first but later I was glad about it."
