Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink is happy seeing Roman Abramovich visiting the Cobham training complex.
Hiddink has been strategic in bringing the 'big boss', as he calls him, into the day-to-day running of the club by encouraging the frequent visits to the training ground.
"Roman was here the previous week several times. The Under 21 game against QPR, I invited him down. 'Please come down.' They love football, so it's important they are part of it," he said.
"Normally when big bosses come to the training ground, then it's a bad message,' said Hiddink. 'They go there to punish or whatever. Every now and again, that happens in the past. But I've also invited my bosses down, even if they have the right to do that at any time.
"Normally they don't want to interfere, but I say they're welcome to come to training and watch. There's no pressure. It's rather natural. I like that. That doesn't mean you don't make big decisions every now and again, but I like them to feel welcome not just in the official capacity, before or after games."
