Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink was happy to give youngster Franco di Santo a late cameo in their win at Newcastle United on Saturday.

Hiddink said: "We have enough players and it's good to give young players the experience.

"That's why Franco came in - and to release Anelka because we don't know the situation with (Didier) Drogba in the upcoming days."
