Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink says it will be good for Russian football for more of their players to move to the Premier League.
He said: "As Russia manager, I like to have the big players, especially in their first years, playing in Russia to be role models for 10 to 18-year-olds coming through.
"But there might come a time, proved by Arshavin and Pavlyuchenko, when there comes an offer from a big league and then I am okay with that. There comes a time to leave and that is not to do with me, and they can continue that role for young players when they are abroad."
