Chelsea boss Avram Grant says it doesn't matter where the next England manager comes from.

He said: "I think the England manager needs to be a good manager. Whether he is English or a foreigner doesn't matter these days.

"He needs to be a manager who can take the team forward. There are very good English players in my opinion, so you need a good manager, and I think there are good English managers."
