Chelsea boss Roberto di Matteo has no doubts about John Terry heading into the new season.
Terry is facing a Football Association charge for his clash with Anton Ferdinand that took place last October. At Westminster Magistrates' Court last month, the Chelsea captain was cleared of racially abusing the Queens Park Rangers defender but faces a potentially lengthy ban if the FA decide to find him guilty.
Di Matteo is adamant Terry won't be distracted but asked about the FA charge, he said: "That's a very delicate issue. I'll keep my thoughts private. I don't think it will affect his performances. He's dealt with situations like this before, and dealt with it very well. So I have no concerns about his state of mind."
