Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has hit out at crisis talk after victory over Southampton.

Conte was quick to roll out their recent record after the 1-0 win.

He stated: "In the last 10 games we won eight games, drew against Liverpool away, and lost one game against West Ham.

"If someone asks me in the next 10 games if I am ready to sign for these results, I am ready! Some people are forgetting this run because there is a team that is winning every game.

"At the same time, you have to consider other teams are trying to do their best. My players in the last 10 games did a good job."
