Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will have £200 million to spend this summer.
The Telegraph says Conte is believed to be using this huge budget to sign Everton forward Romelu Lukaku, Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk and Monaco star Tiemoue Bakayoko.
As well as pursuing these three stars in European football, the Italian boss is also seeking a wing-back, a back-up 'keeper and a wideman.
For Van Dijk, it would take a lot to lure the Dutchman to Stamford Bridge, with Southampton chief Ralph Krueger saying they would reject a £60million bid for the defender.
The centre back was in a rich vein of form but he was sidelined for the rest of the season following an injury he picked up against Leicester in January.
