Chelsea boss Conte: Morata? Well...

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is coy over his interest in Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.

The Italian, speaking after his side's 3-0 friendly victory over AC Wolfsberger in Austria, was asked about Morata who has rejoined the Spaniards for £23m after they triggered a buyback clause in his contract with Juventus.

A first bid of £50m followed by a second of £62.7m from Chelsea have been turned down.

"About this situation - I prefer to leave with the club," Conte said. "We know our targets and the most important thing is that between me and the club there is a great synergy on the transfer market.

"We know our targets and for me this is the most important thing. It is not important to speak outside but to keep the secret in this moment I think it is very important."
