Chelsea's Antonio Conte played down his clash with Jose Mourinho in last night's FA Cup win over Manchester United.
The two managers were involved in a fiery confrontation at Stamford Bridge after Ander Herrera was sent off for a second yellow card for another foul on Eden Hazard.
Despite being separated by fourth offical Mike Jones, Conte did not feel it was too much of an issue as the Blues and Red Devils' coaches showed passion and fervour.
"What happened on the outside for me is only (a) circus," Conte said.
"The coaches are not important."
Conte then took the time to praise Jones for his control of the situation.
He added: "He was very good to manage this situation, but for sure it's normal when you play this type of game."
Chelsea advanced to the semi-finals of the Cup thanks to N'Golo Kante's wonderful second-half strike.
