Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says he appreciates the lifestyle in England.
Conte believes the media glare is much less compared to what he experiences in Italy.
He explained to GQ: "In Italy we have three newspapers just about football, nothing else. It is life for many people. So there is a lot of pressure. Also a lot of them think they know your job better than you do so they are trying to tell you who and how to play.
"Oh, people stop you and ask for photos or autographs, but it is a pleasure."
Conte also appreciates the song Blues fans have for him.
"Yeah. It's nice. The first time, it was at home against Everton. I was so really focused on the game I didn't even hear it and my fitness coach told me, 'Hey, coach, the fans are chanting your name' and I put up my hands to try to give a clap. 'Antonio, Antonio, Antonio!'"
