Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is delighted for N'Golo Kante after he was named PFA Player of the Year.
However, he admits he wants more from the midfielder.
"I think we must be pleased for him, we must be proud," Conte said.
"It's a great achievement, he's working very hard and he's improving a lot.
"He's a really good guy, he wants to improve, I hope to continue this way because it's important for him to continue to improve yourself.
"I think the most important thing for a player is for continuity in his performance, N'Golo is doing this this season, his performance is always really good.
"He's showing great ability and also I think he's improving a lot with the ball to find the first pass, to play in a lateral way.
"I think also he can improve and he must continue to improve."
