Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says wantaway Arsenal attacker Alexis Sanchez knows what he thinks of him.

Conte admits he tried to sign Alexis when he was in charge of Juventus.

"He is a very great player and I can assure you that when I was at Juventus, we had done everything possible to reach an agreement with Udinese," said Conte.

"Unfortunately he chose to go to Barcelona.

"He knows very well that I have a huge admiration for him and I told him recently. After I can not tell you in which club he will go. You have to ask him or Arsenal.

"In any case, if Manchester City wants it, the leaders have the money to recruit him. It's a good investment for any club, which normally should cost between €80-90m."
