Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez has no doubts about young fullback Ryan Bertrand.

Bertrand is stepping in for the injured Ashley Cole.

"He understands his role clearly," said Benitez about the 23-year-old, "and the way to move forward and the way to improve is to work hard, try to learn from the people with more experience and just be ready. If he can do this, he will improve for sure"
