Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez says the current squad just needs consistency to become world-beaters.
Benitez opened his heart for the first time about what it will mean to him to leave Chelsea. He hopes it will enhance his CV.
He said: "Does it hurt? No. The players have worked very hard, I'm really pleased with them.
"The new manager will have a good team. The balance of the team is better, you have a good group of players.
"I said I wanted to do my best until the end of the season and I cannot change the situation.
"We will do well until the end and the new manager will have a good team and will enjoy them.
"On their day, this Chelsea can beat anyone in the world now."
