Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas reckons Rangers striker Nikica Jelavic can cut it in the Premier League.
The Croatia international is a target for QPR, Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion.
AVB has also admitted his admiration, declaring: "Jelavic is a great goalscorer.
"A player of his talent - with the right motivation at the right club - can continue to produce."
