Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas intends to send some of his best young players out on-loan in January.
The Daily Mail says Josh McEachran and Ryan Bertrand will be allowed out on loan in January if reinforcements can be signed.
Midfielder McEachran is interesting QPR and Swansea City.
