Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas feels his successor at Porto, Vitor Pereira, is doing a good job.

Pereira was AVB's No2 at Porto before the latter left for Chelsea in the summer.

"For now, I think he' doing a good job. Obviously it was a difficult project, but Vitor, with quality and ambition, has managed to mould the team in his image and impose his principles.

"I think he's doing good work," said Villas-Boas.
