Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas is set to open the doors to the media in the coming days.
The Daily Mail says there is a fines system in place, around £1,000 a time, for anyone shuffling on to the team bus or the training ground after the appointed time.
Instead of ambling out on to the pitches, the players were ready to start their warm-down at 11am sharp. That aspect of Villas-Boas's management will be illustrated in the coming days when he relaxes the regime to allow the world's media to watch him take a session.
The Portuguese coach has agreed in principle to the idea, throwing open the training ground doors to watch the master at work. There they will see him march out on to the surface with a clipboard before putting Chelsea's players through a carefully constructed session.
