Chelsea boss AVB admits being taken aback by early sack talk

Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas admits the lack of patience in the game is concerning.

Villas-Boas said he found it difficult accepting the demand to be an immediate hit.

He said: “You are expected to be successful instantly and the process and circumstances are not taken into account.

“Tolerance and patience are less obvious today and maybe social frustrations play a part in this.”
