Chelsea boss Antonio Conte rallied the club's young players after their FA Youth Cup final win over Manchester City.
Conte snubbed the chance to watch title rivals Tottenham in action against Crystal Palace last night in favour of taking in the under-18s' 5-1 drubbing of Manchester City.
He was so impressed by the display of the young hopefuls he visited their dressing room straight after the final whistle to have his say.
Youth team boss Jody Morris said: “After the game he was in the dressing room, giving a speech, saying well done.
“He is a really good guy. He is not only someone who has done a bit in the game, he's helping Chelsea at the minute.
“Through the season I've had text messages off him congratulating me and the boys."
