Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti insists he never considered signing Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.
Balotelli was linked with Chelsea as he waited to leave Inter Milan during the summer.
But Ancelotti said: "Balotelli? We never even looked into that role because we are well covered.
"For all the quality he has, he will suit the Premier League very well.
"With his features he can do well."
