Chelsea want to keep hold of midfielder Michael Ballack.
The Daily Star says Chelsea hope to do new deals with Ballack and Nicolas Anelka, who are out of contract this summer.
Ballack has been approached by Schalke, but Chelsea want to hang onto the Germany ace.
