Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti accepts John Terry wasn't at his best in his last game against Everton.
Terry returns to action for today's trip to struggling Wolves, after being allowed to miss last week's FA Cup win over Cardiff to be with his wife. And Ancelotti is confident his captain will be back to his best, following a less than convincing performance in the 2-1 defeat at Everton 10 days ago when both home goals could be put down to Terry errors of judgment.
He declared: "I agree Terry didn't do so well in his last game. But nobody is perfect. Everyone can make a mistake at some time.
"When you look at his performances against Burnley, Hull and Arsenal, I don't think what has happened has affected his form on the pitch. He has trained very well this week and is in good condition.
"He has very good motivation and I think he will put in a good performance against Wolves."
