Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has told AS Roma he won't consider the job unless they qualify for the Champions League.
Ancelotti met with new Roma sports chief Walter Sabatini in Manchester on the weekend, says Leggo, to discuss the Giallorossi post.
The former AC Milan coach said he was interested in the job, but only if Roma finished in the top four this season.
Roma still have a mathematical chance of Champions League qualification, but it is a long shot.
Ancelotti is open to remaining in England should he be axed by Chelsea and is interested in the Aston Villa job.
