Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti wants to buy a midfield playmaker this summer.
At yesterday's opening media conference, the Daily Mail says the Italian admitted he remains eager to sign another creative player and Franck Ribery remains top of his list.
Real Madrid are favourites to sign Ribery but should Bayern Munich's resolve crumble, then Holland midfielder Wesley Sneijder could be on his way to Stamford Bridge from the Bernabeu.
Keen to provide Roman Abramovich with both the Champions League trophy and the beautiful football the Russian so desperately craves, Ancelotti added: "I'm here to win the Champions League. Chelsea are a strong team, a great team, a physical team. They can be improved with some creative players. We are looking for these players."
