Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti is still in pursuit of AC Milan starlet Alexandre Pato.

The Italian tactician has delayed his arrival at Stamford Bridge to try and negotiate a deal for the 19-year old Brazilian.

The Blues have already had an offer of £31 million for Pato turned down but Ancelotti is desperate to lure his former student to England.

Milan are after a fee of around £40 million but it is believed Chelsea are not prepared to part with that much money as Ancelotti continues to attempt to get his man.
