Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti admits he was delighted with Nicolas Anelka in victory at Sunderland.
Ancelotti admits he could field Anelka, with Didier Drogba and new signing Fernando Torres today against Liverpool.
"Anelka played in a different position at Sunderland and I was very happy with his performance," Ancelotti told Chelsea TV.
"He likes to play in this position behind the strikers and he did a fantastic job and I think Anelka plays in the game against Liverpool.
"If we want to put together Anelka, Drogba and Torres then we have to change a little bit but they are little changes because we have to move another player up front.
"A lot of time we play with two strikers, one of the players behind, and other times we play with one striker and two players behind so that doesn't change a lot. I think that they will be able quickly to manage these changes.
"It is good news to have the possibility to choose these players because now we have a really good squad. I have to take a decision and the line up will be good on Sunday afternoon."
