Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is confident his players will be up for their final day title chance against Wigan Athletic.
Ancelotti laid down the reality of the situation for his squad as he offered a simple message.
Ancelotti said: "My message to the players will be the same as it was last week - nothing special. To be champions, we have to play as we played against Stoke and against Liverpool.
"We have to maintain the same confidence in our play, the same determination, because nothing is decided. We have to pay a lot of attention.
"There are no more games. If we miss our chance now, there is no chance to recover."
Ancelotti, who will field the team that won at Anfield, added: "We are in a very good situation.
"We wanted to arrive at the end of the season with more points than anybody else and we have one more. Now we can decide our own destiny at our home ground, Stamford Bridge, and that is a good thing.
"We have to play one more game, though, and nothing is decided yet.
"But we have a great opportunity and a great possibility because the team is fit, in good condition and has fantastic motivation for this game.
"We have to be ready, but we have to play for 90 minutes. We come to play this game, to try our best. They have a very good team and beat us in the last game where we played them, so we have to pay attention."
